Who this covers

Ironledgr is operated by Brody Mileham as an individual, not a registered company. This policy explains what personal data the app collects, why, and who it’s shared with. For anything not covered here, or to exercise any of the rights below, email support@ironledgr.com.

What’s collected

That’s the complete list. Ironledgr doesn’t run analytics, advertising trackers, or any cookie beyond the one your sign-in session needs.

Why it’s collected

Solely to provide the logging service you’ve signed up for — resolving what session is due today, saving your sets, and comparing them against your own history. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold to anyone.

Who it’s shared with

Three infrastructure providers process data on Ironledgr’s behalf, strictly to run the app — none of them can use your data for their own purposes:

These providers may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA; each maintains its own safeguards for that. No other third party receives your data.

If you mark a program you’ve built as global, its name, description and workout structure become visible to other invited users — but never your name or email. It’s always labelled generically as shared by “another user.”

On your device

Ironledgr can be installed as an app and works partway offline. To make that possible, some data — including recently viewed pages and any sets you log while offline — is temporarily cached on your own device. This stays on your device; it’s only ever sent onward to Ironledgr’s own database once you’re back online, the same as any other save.

How long it’s kept

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data instantly, any time, from Settings — no need to ask. If you’d rather email instead, write to support@ironledgr.com and it’ll be removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, or object to how it’s used. Email support@ironledgr.com for any of these. If you’re unhappy with the response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Access

Ironledgr is currently invite-only, managed through a waitlist. Being approved doesn’t change any of the above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any material way, you’ll be notified in the app before continuing to use it.
