Terms of Service

Last updated 27 July 2026

The basics

Ironledgr is a workout-logging app, operated by Brody Mileham as an individual. By signing in and using it, you agree to these terms. Access is currently invite-only, managed through a waitlist, and can be granted or withdrawn at any time.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ironledgr. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Not medical or fitness advice

Ironledgr logs the workouts you tell it you did, and its guide section describes a general high-intensity training approach for reference. None of it is medical, physiotherapy, or personal-training advice, and it isn’t tailored to you. Training to failure carries real injury risk. Speak to a qualified professional before starting or changing any training program, and stop immediately if something feels wrong. You train at your own risk.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Don’t try to access another user’s data or account.

Your data

The workout data you log is yours. If you mark a program you’ve built as global, you’re giving other invited users permission to view and use that program’s structure — not your logged sessions, and never your identity. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is stored and who can see it.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app: no attempting to break in, no reverse-engineering, no abusing the invite system, no using it for anything unlawful.

No warranty

This is a personal, early-stage project provided as-is, with no guaranteed uptime and no service-level commitment. It’s currently free to use. Features, availability, or the service as a whole may change or be discontinued at any time; where reasonably possible, you’ll be given notice first.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ironledgr and its operator aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app — including lost data, missed workouts, or any injury from training. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending your access

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings — it’s immediate and permanent. If you’d rather ask us to do it, email support@ironledgr.com. Access may also be suspended or withdrawn at the operator’s discretion, particularly given the app’s current invite-only stage.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in any material way, you’ll be notified in the app before continuing to use it.
